Job Description:
Facilitate the entire interview process by managing all parties involved, including the candidate and the hiring managers - ensure adherence to all state and federal laws and company policies

• Consult with the hiring manager (and other interviewers) on each candidate and offer helpful insight to assist the hiring manager in making the final candidate selection
• Solicit feedback from hiring managers concerning “satisfaction level” and adjust performance/staffing strategy according to the feedback to ensure continued customer satisfaction
• Maintain necessary files covering applications, interview documents, and other pertinent hiring documentation
• Perform exit interviews
• Process employee status changes
• Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process
• Follow all staffing processes to ensure consistency
• Remain compliant with our policies, processes, and legal guidelines
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Work under immediate supervision
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• Performs E-Verify

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint

Required Years of Experience:

• 2-5 Years of professional recruitment experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with Workday

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $12.58 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
